We are looking for a skilled Civil's Gang within the Kent region, to join our dedicated Company.

Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.

As a
Civil Gang you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist and be part of the delivery of Day

- to

• Day maintenance, minor and major Civil projects
• Provide first class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
• Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
• Be Able to read and set out projects from drawings.
• Must be able to work to a program
• Daily site reporting along with site folders

Essential Skills & Experience:

• General Civils Maintenance: Minimum 6 years
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Valid CSCS card is essential
• Valid Street Works
• PTS competence is advantage
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and clients
• Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
• Relevant Tickets for competency of Civils
• Must have good team ethic and the drive to deliver projects on time

, Self - employed, must be Kent based, preferably Medway & Maidstone areas


Salary:
Negotiable depending on level of skill
