Introduction:

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home provided you are happy to travel to client sites when required.

My client is a management consultancy who specialise in providing technical and engineering advice to their clients across the globe. Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a live SC clearance to be considered.

They are looking for a Project Controls Manager to support project delivery and provide consultancy services to clients across the Defence and Security sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and build new and existing client relationships.
Provide support on change management and transformation projects.
Schedule projects.
Assist with strategic decision making.
Risk management.

Skills & experience:

Demonstrable practical experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Controls.
Some experience in a transformation, change management or delivery project environment.
Experience in managing and building on new and existing internal and external client relationships.
Experience of working in a client team to influence strategic decision makers and deliver practical solutions.
Any experience in the following:
Development of planning and scheduling processes
Risk management and mitigation
Cost, budget, or financial controls
Knowledge of recognised P3M frameworks, methodologies, and tools
