Job brief⠀ ⠀ ⠀


We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders with 12 months experience working in a fast paced service environment to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

⠀ ⠀ ⠀

You should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Compensation includes salary and tips.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀


Bartender responsibilities include⠀

  • Preparing alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages for bar and patrons⠀
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks⠀
  • Assessing bar customers' needs and making recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails⠀
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age⠀
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies⠀ ⠀
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience⠀ ⠀
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • General set up and an ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean⠀
  • Adhering to health and safety requirements

Requirements⠀

  • Proven trackrecord and working experience as a Bartender⠀
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks⠀
  • Computer literacy⠀
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills⠀
  • Experience of working with the general public and the ability to stay calm under pressure⠀
  • Great team players who are flexible and adaptable.⠀ ⁣⠀

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow, G20 9AE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Bartending: 1 year (required)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day shift
(preferred)

  • Night shift
(preferred)
