Basildon

£17 per hour

Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR consultant based in Basildon.
This is a temporary position working full time hours. The client can accommodate hybrid working.

Responsibilities include:

Provide a comprehensive HR consultancy and advisory service to meet the needs of the organisation, adhering to an HR culture which is results oriented, customer focused and forward looking.
Provide consultancy services in a professional, proactive and commercially focused manner in the daytoday delivery of HR&OD Services.
Provide highlevel HR knowledge, skill and expertise in the delivery of the corporate HR advice.
Facilitate business process reengineering, restructuring and reorganisations including advice on outsourcing and TUPE issues.
Contribute as an effective and collaborative member of the HR team and the wider HR & OD Department.

Experience and skills required

Strong experience in a HR consultancy role
Experience leading change programmes, working with groups and stakeholder on complex HR/TUPE issues
Up to date knowledge of employment legislations
CIPD Qualification level 3 or higher.
