MALE TEACHING ASSISTANT | BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT | REDBRIDGE

Are you looking to get into a school and be someone students can look up to?


My client is looking for preferably a male TA to come into this excellent Alternative Provision to help control the behaviour in the school.

Preferably male because most the classes are male however if you believe you can confidently control these studentsthen do apply, but pre-warning some students can get Physical.


My client is looking for someone to not just control the behaviour but be someone the students respect, support them through difficult tasks and be there for any extra support they might need outside of class.

This is a unique role where they will allowpeople without much experience as long as you are confident, loud and have a methodical approach to stuff situations you could be the new TA for this school based in Redbridge.

  • Being Respectful.
  • Modelling Behaviours.
  • Having Clear Expectations.
  • Maintaining Routines.
  • Dealing with Chronic Misbehaviour's.
