We are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our dynamic team as ABA Trained Teaching Assistants.As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly those benefiting from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Responsibilities:
Implement data collection methods to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with Teachers:Work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted support for students with special needs.
Participate in collaborative planning sessions to align ABA strategies with overall classroom goals.

Provide Individualized Support:Offer one-on-one support to students, reinforcing ABA strategies in both academic and behavioral settings.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Communication:Maintain open and regular communication with parents, teachers, and other support staff.
Report on student progress, successes, and challenges during team meetings.

Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in ABA and attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- ABA certification or training from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
