I am currently working with the UK's largest children's charity to recruit for an
Operations Manager.

This role works at the heart of the charity to ensure it runs effectively, and to support the Chief Executive and the wider leadership team in achieving the charity's aims, and securing better outcomes for vulnerable children.

Employment type:
Permanent

Hours of work:
Full time, Monday to Friday

Salary:
£31,814 - £41,760

Location:
Hybrid-working (weekly travel to Essex/London based office for meetings)

Key responsibilities
- line management of a personal adviser
- responsibility for facilitating the Chief Executive's programme of activity
- managing relationships internally and externally
- providing administrative support to key leadership meetings
- work with the Company Secretary's Office to ensure the smooth running of governance meetings and wider processes
