We're currently on the lookout for a super motivated Customer Account Executive to be part of our awesome team and provide top-notch customer service.

The Beal Group of companies is a family-owned business that is dedicated to delivering commercial textiles to various industries such as agriculture, modular building, transportation, logistics, oil & gas, and more including construction, aviation, automotive, advertising, defense, and leisure. Situated in Westfield, Cumbernauld, just on the outskirts of Glasgow, we've been in the game for quite a while.

The Role:
As a result of our expanding business, we're in need of a Customer Account Executive.

Your main responsibility will revolve around being the focal point for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should be driven, adept at juggling multiple tasks, and most importantly, should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

The essential skills and experience required for this role include:

Exceptional customer service abilities
Great telephone etiquette
Strong administrative skills, with experience in CRM systems and/or Sage being a bonus
Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented
Organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Some background knowledge of manufacturing would be beneficial
Proficiency in Office 365

Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5 pm)

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
