About the role

As an IMS Co-ordinator you will manage Arco stock on customer sites. Liaising with customers and central team to maintain high levels of service whilst pro-actively looking for and reporting back to the central team any potential sales opportunities


Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently managing your time to ensure customers sites are visited at agreed dates and times
  • Ensuring stock is picked & accounted for. Feeding accurate data back to the central team for invoicing and replenishment
  • Delivering first class customer service
  • Communicating relevant customer information to the central team
  • Maintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory machine locations within a customer site and within the onsite Arco store
  • SAP order entry to enable end to end customer service offer.
  • Complying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle at all times.
  • Collaborating with the central team to develop a process manual documenting the individual customers requirements and procedures
  • Monitoring stock reports and making proactive suggestions to the central team to deal with obsolete, slow moving or overstocked products
- ensuring that first class customer service is maintained in times of absence and holidays of colleagues

  • Working in the Hose Warehouse/Workroom as required.
About you

The ideal IMS Co-ordinator will be/have:

  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Supply chain knowledge
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manager daily/weekly workload
  • Selfmotivated
  • SAP order entry & warehouse functions
  • Basic hose product and assembly knowledge
  • Clean driving licence
