About Our Client:
Our client is a large-scale industrial / manufacturing company with a global footprint looking for a HR Officer based in Coventry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor HR department's budget
- Act as the point of contact for labour legislation issues
The Successful Applicant:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and timemanagement abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
