Who we are looking for:


As a Machine Setter you will be preparing the machines before production and perform test runs of the initial batches, making repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure quality control.


What you'll do:


  • Set up and operate machinery according to specifications and instructions.
  • Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Adjust machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

What you bring:


  • Previous experience within spring, press or roll form is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • Basic welding skills are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Hours:

7pm-7am

Monday -Thursday
