Description

RM Recruit are working with a sizable Social Housing Provider who are seeking to hire an Interim Service Charge Accountant.

Our client is seeking an experienced accounting professional with proven acumen of operating in the Housing/Property sector and anexcellent understanding of Accounting Standards and Service Charge legislation.

This 3 month assignment will be concerned with the setting of Service Charges for the coming financial year.

Current inflation levels will have a big influence on the project so past experience in similar roles is key as to understand their impact.

This role will be fully remote working and day rates will reflect experience. A start date is planned for early January.
