Description

Processing purchase orders for goods and services, issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring that all transactions are signed off in a timely manner

Communicate and liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries or issues
Reconciling supplier statements and cash balances
Managing the sales ledger and aged creditors
Credit card payments
Processing expenses
Creating and processing bank receipts and payments
Managing finance relationships with key customers
Providing full support to the finance team with purchase invoicing, sales invoicing and supplier maintenance
Allocating and recording supplier payments
Processing monthly bacs payment runs
Bank reconciliation
Dealing with general queries with internal and external contacts
