Peabody is currently looking for a Supported Housing Handyperson to work part-time, based across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, with the main location being at our office in Houghton Regis. Our supported housing properties offer different levels of support to residents with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.

A bit about the role:
As a Supported Housing Handyperson at Peabody, you will be responsible for minor maintenance and weekly fire alarm testing to ensure a safe environment for our customers. Some key responsibilities include carrying out weekly fire alarm and monthly emergency light testing, basic plumbing and maintenance work, and furniture repairs or replacements as needed.
