Our client, based in London
, is currently recruiting for a HR Executive Assistant on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start in December on a full time basis. The salary for the position is £29,750 per annum.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Support the Human Resources Business Partner to administer operational HR processes, e.g., recruitment, inductions, absence management, project work as directed
  • Administer and organise preemployment checks, medicals, references and proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Carry out new starter inductions including Health and Safety and Security information
  • Assist in the management and facilitation of any disciplinary, capability and grievance processes including minute taking
  • Keep training records up to date and ensure that all compliance related training is carried out
  • Work with the HRBP to support the organisational change management process
  • Oversee sickness monitoring systems and reporting
  • Update the online HR system (YouManage), ensuring that data is correctly entered, and the system is kept up to date with all changes

Experience required:


  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced of working on HR systems

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Competent IT systems
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative

Working hours:


  • 35 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
