Description

Knowles Fleet is a fast growing, progressive vehicle fleet management and administration company working with public and private sector clients across the UK, and we've got an exciting opportunity for a Motor Claims Handler to join our talented team.

Based in our accident management department, you will share our focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support for drivers.

What will my duties be?

Progressing new and ongoing claims
Liaising with repairers and insurance companies
Advising and supporting customers
Claims administration

What skills should I have?

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent customer service skills to deliver a professional, empathetic service
Confident and able to provide clear, accurate information
Ability to multitask and quickly absorb new information
Positive, proactive attitude
Background insurance/ legal knowledge preferable.

Full training for the role is provided.

Where will I work?
From our head office in Great Bentley, Colchester.
