A large, lively, and successful SEN school based in Hounslow are looking to take on a Support Worker to join them on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible.

The SEN school caters for students from Key Stage 1 to 2 with complex needs, such as autism,MLD, SLD and SLCN.

The school aim to provide an outstanding and supportive learning environment which challenges students to achieve success.

The core learning values, which are at the centre of the curriculum, focus upon developing the student's resilience and ability tomake informed life choices.

This role could lead to the opportunity of further professional development to train as a Senior TA or HLTA.

Key tasks are to support and develop the educational environment for the students, to include extending their curriculum skills, social skills, andpersonal development.

The school are looking for someone who is energetic, hardworking and above all passionate about supporting students with special educational needs


This position will be working with a
Key Stage 1 class, the class is made up of 7 pupils all of which have
autism and can display challenging behaviour.


**The successful applicant will have:
- ***Experience of working in a SEN School

*Experience of working with SEN and ASD children and/or adults

*A commitment to making a difference in a child's life

*A positive and encouraging attitude

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold high-level degree
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
