Job Overview:


For over two decades, Guest Services Worldwide and its affiliates have been the cornerstone of premium publication and print material provision.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to bolster our Production Team, facilitating seamless communication between our esteemed clients and our in-house design experts.

Overview:


In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing our client relationships and coordinating project requirements to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality printed projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with prior experience in client service, to collaborate effectively with key clients and the design team.
  • Coordinate design tasks with the design team, articulating client account requirements clearly.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Scrutinize design and print elements to align with client specifications, ensuring timely project signoff and delivery.
  • Utilize our inhouse CRM system to generate comprehensive project reports (training provided).
  • Assist in data management and maintain updated reports for managerial review.

Required Skills:


  • Proficient in English Language (minimum pass rate).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Polished telephone etiquette.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.

Work Schedule:


Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours is also a pre-requisite due to global time zones but working presently to no later than 8pm on a rota system.


Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
£20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
