We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner within our HR team to help support our Automotive business.

Our automotive products fall into four primary groups:Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables.

In this role, you will contribute to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own local organization, leading and facilitating the change.
So, what will you be doing as the Human Resources Business Partner?
- Accompany managers and their teams through the entire employee life cycle, take over the planning, coordination and control of central HR processes (e.g. headcount planning, KPI maintaining, recruiting, etc)
- Contribute to the Global Financial Planning process by reviewing and updating projected salary headcount changes in baseline report, reviewing & reconciling updated salary headcount & cost data and providing input for merit increases and standard labor
- Assist and support managers and employees with daytoday inquiries relating to local and global processes such as goal setting, performance evaluations, status change forms, etc. Handling all operational HR tasks and responsibilities for your service area, oversee and consulting on labour regulations in cooperation with external attorneys
- Act as an integral business partner by support deriving the people agenda from business strategies and supporting leaders in developing their teams
- Promote a culture of daily recognition among employees at work, leveraging on people leaders
- Identify training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones
- Recruit, develop and retain highperforming and talented workforce for local organization and support to ensure a robust talent pipeline and succession planning
- Act as change management facilitator and promotes an inclusive environment as well as worklife balance, measures and deals with employee's engagement
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- University degree in business administration with focus on human resources or equivalent
- Certification as a professional coach is desirable
- 35 years proven work experience in an industrial & international business environment
- A customerobsessed and results oriented HR team player with strong handson mentality
- Strong ability to prioritize, high level of commitment, personal initiative and independent workstyle
- Good knowledge of Change Management combined with a strong team orientation, communication skills and the ability to navigate within a fastpaced matrix environment
- Knowledge & experience of industrial relationship
- Displays energy, confidence and takes ownership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of performance & talent management
- Proven experience in financial acumen, compensation & benefits as well as workforce planning & analytics
