Responsibilities:


  • Support the

Managing Director:

Act as a trusted liaison between the Managing Director and the internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient coordination of activities.


  • Utility bills management, oversee the timely and accurate processing of utility bills, ensuring payments are made promptly and managing any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Administrative work, handling a verity of administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, maintaining files and records, drafting correspondence, and organising meetings. Assist with document preparation and presentation materials or internal and external meetings.
  • Financial administration: providing support with financial tasks, such as managing invoices, reconciling accounts, processing expenses, and maintaining financial records.
  • Project support: assist in various projects by coordinating and organising project related tasks, tracking progress, preparing report, and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of property development or real estate industry Is desirable but not mandatory.
