    Senior Executive Assistant to Senior VP and CFO

    Offices in London & Surrey (regular travel to both is required)

    Hybrid working available

    International Consultancy

    Management responsibility for small admin team

    Salary up to £60,000 p.a. (negotiable)

    Seeking an exceptional, experienced and highly diligent Executive Assistant to support 2:1 at C-Suite for an international consultancy business.

    This role has a dual location, and the successful applicant must be comfortable to travel to Leatherhead and London on a weekly basis (Tuesday to Thursday office based, Monday & Friday WFH).

    Key duties will include:

    • Extensive and efficient diary management co-ordination and prioritisation for executives. Arrangement of meetings with time for travel, preparation and follow up, including foreseeing Executives travelling on their calendars and make bookings accordingly.
    • Prepare correspondences, reports, spreadsheets, power point presentations as requested to the required standards and agreed time frames
    • Compose and despatch correspondences independently on behalf of the Executives to minimise their time
    • Prepare / plan board meetings, wider-team meetings and off-sites
    • Attend and minute internal meetings and external as may be necessary
    • Management and oversight of business projects – timelines, research etc
    • Delegate and manage administration resource within a small team including Receptionist and Administrator

    In order to be successful you will need:

    • Significant experience in a similar C-Suite support role
    • Commercially astute
    • Confidence in your decision making and communication
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Experience managing / mentoring junior team members
    • Tech savvy, and highly competent with Microsoft Office
    • European languages an additional advantage
