KEY DUTIES

  • Adopt a clientfirst mindset, liaising with clients regularly on daily issues, respond to requests and ensure the smooth running of accounts
  • As Senior Research Executive, support team members by managing a variety of smaller projects independently
  • Take an active lead in managing the internal operations team, helping to monitor quality and budgets
  • Assist the delivery and creation of various research tools (i.e. questionnaire design, drafting discussion guides, drafting reports and presentations)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess excellent working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowing when best to utilise each to meet client needs
  • You will be able to nurture client relationships and demonstrate an ability to articulate concise and relevant insights to clients
  • Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills, able to balance multiple projects/requests concurrently
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
