KEY DUTIES

Adopt a clientfirst mindset, liaising with clients regularly on daily issues, respond to requests and ensure the smooth running of accounts
As Senior Research Executive, support team members by managing a variety of smaller projects independently
Take an active lead in managing the internal operations team, helping to monitor quality and budgets
Assist the delivery and creation of various research tools (i.e. questionnaire design, drafting discussion guides, drafting reports and presentations)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Possess excellent working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowing when best to utilise each to meet client needs
You will be able to nurture client relationships and demonstrate an ability to articulate concise and relevant insights to clients
Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills, able to balance multiple projects/requests concurrently
Effective communication skills both oral and written
