TEMP NEEDED - up to 4 months

Hourly rate:
£13ph


Fully remote or hybrid working - Office located in Macclesfield


This role is covering a project secondment and my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

You will be working as part of a wider HR team, assisting with transactional HR and payroll duties.


More about the role:


  • Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
  • Support the administration of new employee offers
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
  • Update the HR system with employee changes, e.g., adding/removing employees, address changes etc
  • Create and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files
  • Production of letters & forms relating to employee matters
  • Support the administration of offboarding employees
  • Run monthly annual leave and absence reports
  • Administer employee benefits, including adding/removing employees as required
  • Administer and monitor Risk Management and Compliance Training
  • Track and arrange general training through the business
  • Collating monthly payroll


You will need experience working within a HR or payroll role for a minumum of a year and understand the set up of a HR function and the transactional duties included.
