AJ Chambers are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join the growing team of experts at this highly regarded law firm in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a wide range of complexreal estate transactions and provide outstanding legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities include:

Handling highvalue commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, and leasing
Providing advice on a range of real estate law issues, including property development, landlord and tenant law, and planning law
Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in real estate law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
