3rd Line IT Infrastructure Role Hybrid Working £50,000 + Benefits.


I'm working along aside growing Manage Service Provider in the heart of central London that's looking to brining several IT Engineers, including 3rd Line IT Engineer.

You will need to have strong knowledge around Microsoft 36- Azure AD - Cisco Meraki - Google Workplace - Networking


The is a fully hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days home working, with a salary package ranging from £45,000 - £50,000 DOE.

You will be joining a team of 13 other IT Engineers and be reporting directly to the Technical Director.

You will be responsible for assisting with onboarding new clients, dealing with escalations from 2nd line team as well contributing to delivering a varietyof projects and deployments.


Skills and Experience required:


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workplace
  • Strong knowledge of Networking
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials
  • Ability to automate process and procedures to help improve efficiency and standardisation across platform.
  • Strong written and communications skills
  • Strong attention to details

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring all technical requirements are covered and documented.
  • Deal with escalation from 2nd Line team
  • Project delivery and deployment
  • Communicating technical matters to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
