A 1st Line IT Technician with hands-on experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Office 365, and Windows is required by a multiple award-winning company in within the Telecoms and IT provider sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Logging and updating calls, notes, and tickets onto the system
  • Seeing issues through to resolutions
  • Proper and efficient escalations of tickets/issues when needed
  • Advising and training customers
  • Promote products and services provided
