What You'll Be Doing

Ensuring that we are providing support, answers and deliverables for our customers, checking process plans, suggesting solutions, training clients and ensuring relationships are maintained and grown.

Collaboratively working alongside your collegues and thatall is running smoothly

Qualities/Qualifications You'll Possess

2+ years within customer/client success as either an established executive, manager or account lead
Strong relationship building experience, preferably in distribution or VARs or tech platforms or financial services
You can converse with people at all levels and be keen to make these relationships 'tight' and 'mutual'
Ability to create and implement bespoke training, checking accordingly
Critical thinking with a collaborative nature, great communication skills is a must
Strong emotional and situational intelligence
Creative flair and an enthusiasm to achieve

Nice to have

Experience within a Fintech organisation
Successful working knowledge of a process roadmap ie. deployment
Degree or equivalent in Business/Tech
