This is an 18 month fixed term contract, HR Change Manager role, working for a Kent Borough Council.

The role is to effectively deliver change within the Benefits and Compensation remit.

Description

HR Change Manager:


Lead the evaluation of the current Pay and Grading structure as well as other benefits to determine whether they are fit for purpose.

Work closely with stakeholders at all levels and oversee the HR Team who will implement any recommended changes.

Provide advice to the Council's Leadership Team and regularly present your findings and milestone progress to the Management Board.


Profile

HR Change Manager:

  • HR expert with either HR consultancy, senior business partnering or change management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of delivering successful change initiatives and working to set budgets.
  • Track record of reviewing pay and grade structures.
  • Solid experience with job evaluations e.g. HAY.
  • Project management skills.
  • Awareness of the public sector.
  • CIPD qualified.

Job Offer
This is an 18 month fixed term contract, HR Change Manager role, working for a Kent Borough Council.
- £45,942 salary
