    Maintenance Plumber

    Two Global Leading FM companies have merged, creating a National FM provider of Hard Service Maintenance specialising in MOD and Government Contracts.


    Having filled over 60 vacancies across numerous contracts in HVAC FM have fantastic knowledge of the internal progression opportunities, and additional training available expensed by the client.


    Having multiple contracts with 5+ years remaining, this role offers excellent job security and real employment longevity, coupled with a fantastic benefits package.


    This client are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a landmark site who will successfully deliver the day-to-day repairs service within the armed forces accommodation, providing front line delivery to the MOD families.

    You will work to deliver highest quality Right First-Time service and carry out technical services tasks.

    Responsibilities of a Maintenance Plumber:
    Repair and maintain all types of domestic plumbing works
    Installation and fixtures to prior install works
    General building services such as plastering, tiling, decorating, door hanging
    Minor electrical work - with training from site electricians
