We have a fantastic new role for a Customer Services Coordinator, your main focus is to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds both customer and company expectations.

You will need to bring your strong skill set and enthusiasm to contribute to the role's evolution and the growth of the business.


You'll have the exciting opportunity to build and nurture relationships within the Biomedical research sector, ensuring that all customers are truly taken care of.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing a promising pipeline of opportunities, strategically aligning the sales process with our annual objectives to drive success.


Basic Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and Administrative role with a client relationship focus, preferably within the Biomedical research sector.
  • Proficient in IT Skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as customized and commercial software solutions.
  • Demonstrates a natural inclination for sales with the ability to meet targets.
  • Highly organized problem solver with a proactive and positive mindset, capable of identifying, addressing, and resolving challenges.
  • Exhibits emotional intelligence and empathy, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
  • Possess a deep understanding of each client's unique requirements and diligently work towards exceeding their expectations.
  • Effectively coordinate with both internal and external transport providers to ensure prompt delivery and meet the high demands of our customers.
  • Actively participate in facetoface meetings and marketing initiatives to contribute to the growth of our company.
  • Deliver accurate customer and commercial reports within specified timelines to the Line Manager.
  • Follow up on customer payments and provide detailed tracking reports to ensure transparency in financial transactions.
  • Provide crucial support in organising and planning customer external events, including meetings with key stakeholders, where you will represent our esteemed company.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
