    Creative Lead

    Director of Customer Loyalty and Brand Marketing

    We're looking for a passionate Creative Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and creative direction for Jigsaw, a premium British retailer.

    You will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and executing innovative and visually stunning campaigns, ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive industry.

    This role requires a combination of creative vision, strong leadership and a deep understanding of the Jigsaw customer – who she is and what will inspire her.

    This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Jigsaw's visual identity, guiding it towards artistic excellence and brand prominence.

    You will play a huge part in developing purposeful campaigns, directing compelling content, and harnessing our customer's passion for our products and what we stand for.

    Develop and execute a compelling visual Brand Identity that aligns with the company's vision and target audience.

    Be responsible for the development and adherence to our Brand Guidelines, including but not limited to: Brand heritage and story, colour and font usages, logo application, tone of voice, image style, graphic usage, the brand in action and customer personas.

    Art Direction – Lead Art direction efforts for photoshoots, fashion shows, marketing campaigns etc ensuring the brand's aesthetic and visual handwriting are upheld.

    For Campaign, editorial or lifestyle shoots be responsible to either lead as Art Director or work with freelancers, briefing the creative concept and ensuring compliance to the brief.


    Content Creation:

    Conceptualise and oversee the creative of engaging content, including but not limited to look books, social media, direct mail, website, advertising, in store POS, Video, campaign shoots and promotional material.

    Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and communicates its message effectively and clearly to customers.

    Work with the team to provide professional recommendations for concept, art direction, production, print buying and monitor quality control.

    Collaboration – within this role you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Marketing, Digital, Product and Design and freelancers to ensure all creative strategies align and support the overall business objectives.

    Manage, support and mentor a team of two including a medium weight graphic designer and a junior graphic designer.

    Provide creative direction and support to the copywriting team and freelance workers.
    Proven work experience as a Lead Designer in a similar industry or role.
    Someone with an excellent creative eye and storytelling ability who is able to create interesting and engaging content

    A good understanding of both digital and social media trends and the ability to authentically create content for these channels.

    The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Hands on experience with image editing software (e.g InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
    Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to execute a clear visual brand strategy.
    Ability to analyse data, interpret a brief and provide a compelling visual response.
