Description

You will work in partnership with the Deputy Director of Operations for Allied Health, Planned care, Women's and Children, and Clinical Support Services within a directorate leading a defined portfolio of services, line managing operational managers who oversee Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Therapies, Inpatient, Outpatient and Community Speech and Language Therapies and Dietetics, Paediatric Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, Adult and Paediatric Audiology, Community Dentistry and Diabetic Retinopathy.

Alongside this you will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of national and local AHP strategies across the Trust, working closely with the Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality to ensure that AHP services are delivered within available resources to quality standards in line with NHSE and HCPC requirements, Trust objectives, departmental service plans and alongside the Trust governance framework.
