The Recruitment & Onboarding position is to promote a positive applicant experience at all times, highlighting all key elements of the Company including values, culture and contract terms and conditions.


As a member of a growing team, you will be a customer focused individual who is self-driven and has excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

You will possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09.00 am pm working 35 hours per week. The salary range is between £21,000 to £24,000.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • You will possess a strong administrative record with a minimum of 1 years experience
  • Experience within the Care sector and/or 1 year of general recruitment experience would be beneficial;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Principle Responsibilities:


  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience within a valuesbased recruitment process;
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for applicants and interviewers;
  • Obtaining feedback from applicants and hiring managers;
  • Undertake the confirmation of verbal offers and onboard all applicants
  • Ensuring all documents and the right to work checks are compliant with regulations;
  • Liaise internally with key stakeholders to provide timely updates;
  • Responsible for hard and soft copy filing in line with GDPR; and
  • Support and work with colleagues in the wider senior management team and the business to enable the achievement of business outcomes.

  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Must be able to prioritise and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
  • Must be organised, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
  • Must be dependable, able to follow processes and offer a proactive approach to support the business, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback;
  • Must be able to demonstrate confidentiality due to highly sensitive carers/client data; and,
  • Must be able to demonstrate the Melody Care values of kindness, respect and reliability.
