Description
We currently have the pleasure of working with a family feel SME in Blackburn, who are looking to recruit a Purchase ledger clerk for their small but busy Finance department.
Duties include:
- Processing of invoices
- Assistance with month end
- Investigating any anomalies
- Maintenance of supplier database
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts to supplier statements
- Ensuring clearance of debit balances in a timely manner
- Reconciling inter company creditors and investigating any discrepancies
- Have accurate data entry skills
- Be a good negotiator
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Will be a good communicator
- Can prioritise workloads
- Wants to work effectively with in a close team
