Sales Administrator (6 Month Contract)

The Opportunity


We are a cleaning, security and soft services business operating from regional offices UK wide, serving clients in sectors that include: Commercial, Corporate, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Manufacturing and Education.

As a result of additional investment in our EMEA Key Accounts department we are currently looking for an International Sales Administrator.


The Package
- £30k - £35k basic pro rata

  • 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • Hybrid Working

The Role of the Sales Coordinator

  • Be gate keeper/first line on all client and internal queries on bids/BD
  • Coordination of site visits between Client and Country teams
  • Ensuring the timely submission of reports for Tier 2 clients setting deadlines for review
  • Ensuring the timely completion of clarifications on bids
  • Supporting the completion of presentations for submission and for interviews (post submission)
  • Liaising with our Business Analyst EMEA to ensure pricing is correctly submitted
  • Maintaining and updating the response document for all countries
  • Attending presentations / feedback review meetings
  • Managing data on Client Platforms and managing users
  • Track conversion rates on all client opportunities Track terminations / partial terminations on CMP (Commercial Master Plan)
  • Supporting mobilisations with tracking tools, mobilisation actions and other administrative support when requested
  • Supporting the KA team with ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Support BD input for Annual Review presentations in liaison with countries
  • Liaise with Key Account Coordinator to maintain and update CMP (Tender activity / 2023 Wins / Retention statistics / Management information etc)
  • Maintain the EMEA Key Account shared drive on all bid information
  • Support KAMS in specific projects

The Person

Essential Requirements:


  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft packages particularly PPT and excel
  • Excellence in written English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Additional languages always a bonus
