Salary:
£34,000 - £42,000 dependant on experience

Plus £5,000 Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance + a Range of Additional Benefits

Customer Hub Manager Key Areas of Responsibility:

Managing a key customer base, to support growth and retention
Leading a team of people who have responsibility for their own group of customers
Ongoing and effective performance management, conducting monthly team meetings focusing on performance
Managing one to one's with the team
Assessing your team's development, career mapping and succession planning
Acting as a point of escalation for clients, taking ownership of possible issues
Assessing and implementing departmental strategies with the overall aim of improving service levels and productivity
Providing an upward flow of management information
Supporting with onboarding of new customers and assisting with overall implementation
Working with other areas of the business such as Implementation, People & Coaching, HR & Recruitment

What we are looking for in the Customer Hub Manager:

Excellent experience of working within a customer focused management role, leading a larger team
Outstanding customer service or account management experience
The ability to build and develop relationships
Able to coach and support the team and lead by example
You will have excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent time management and organisation capability
Excellent IT and general systems knowledge
Able to handle complex customer issues and queries at a high level
