We have a variety of full and part time rota patterns and can now offer both full and part time training. This really is an exciting time for you to be part of the NHS111 team. Training courses planned for September 2023


111 Health Advisors are highly trained to assess and negotiate to ensure the best patient care and outcome - no two calls will be the same.

We work around the clock receiving 111 calls from patients who need our help and advice. It is an incredibly rewarding role that allows you to really make a difference to our patients lives.


You do not need any experience in healthcare as full comprehensive training will be provided, however you do need to be dedicated to caring for all our patients and be able to work out of hours as this is essential.
