This vacancy will provide a base salary of
£24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This HR Administrator Role will have the below responsibilities:

  • Ensuring right to work documents are in date and acquiring the necessary information if not.
  • Ensuring inductions run smoothly for all onsite operatives.
  • Using online systems to process contracts.
  • Managing your own internal inbox and assisting the supporting team with queries
  • Aiding with the inhouse recruitment team assisting with scheduling and interview prep
  • Conducting weekly reports
  • Working with inhouse teams to ensure that new starters on site are running a smooth operation.
  • Recording data on to the internal database/system
  • Liaising with Operatives and site contacts
  • Strong communication along with relationship nurturing skills
  • Able to work under own initiative with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent IT Skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Motivation to exceed expectations with ambition to lead
  • An individual calm under pressure able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Basic understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction Sector would be beneficial
This position is easily commutable from surrounding area's such as Swindon, Cirencester and Fairford.

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
