This vacancy will provide a base salary of
£24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This HR Administrator Role will have the below responsibilities:
- Ensuring right to work documents are in date and acquiring the necessary information if not.
- Ensuring inductions run smoothly for all onsite operatives.
- Using online systems to process contracts.
- Managing your own internal inbox and assisting the supporting team with queries
- Aiding with the inhouse recruitment team assisting with scheduling and interview prep
- Conducting weekly reports
- Working with inhouse teams to ensure that new starters on site are running a smooth operation.
- Recording data on to the internal database/system
- Liaising with Operatives and site contacts
- Strong communication along with relationship nurturing skills
- Able to work under own initiative with a proactive mindset
- Excellent IT Skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Motivation to exceed expectations with ambition to lead
- An individual calm under pressure able to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction Sector would be beneficial
