The Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Web Designer to enhance our online presence and user experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Your work will directly impact our ability to effectively communicate our services and values, attracting and engaging both current and prospective patients.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative UI/UX strategies for our website and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and design coherence across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and insights, using them to inform and improve design decisions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to balance usability with visual design.
