Job Title:
Digital Marketing Specialist

Location:
Hybrid - Birchwood Based

Roles and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Oversee our organic social media profiles, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
Develop and execute social media strategies to amplify our online presence and foster community interaction.
Regularly oversee our Facebook Group & Page, identifying and escalating any concerns.
Oversee Facebook Ads, assist in ideating new ads, conduct A/B testing and reporting.

Copywriting:

Assist in crafting onbrand content for our website and organic social media platforms.
Ensure website copy is SEOoptimized to enhance online visibility _(Note: Specific technical SEO expertise is not a prerequisite)._

PPC Management:

Manage Google PPC campaigns while optimizing for deeper funnel activity.
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to lower acquisition costs.
Utilize Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to find new landing page tests and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Must be open to learning and adapting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
