The Company:

We are working with a large independent insurance broker who looking to strengthen their claims proposition by adding a professional indemnity claims adjuster to their professional and financial risks team.

The Role:

Your role will be focused on managing a caseload of professional Indemnity claims focuses across, construction, general, accountancy, solicitors and any other associated Professional Indemnity Risks.

You will need to make strategic decisions based on the clients needs and support and manage claims to a high level to achieve the best and correct outcome

Investigation in to claims where you will identify information relevant to make a decision on the outcome of the claim.

The Required Skills:

3 Years + Experience in claims handling

Experience working on a caseload of claims ideally from professional Indemnity background

Excellent customer service skills

Experienced with London Markets systems including ECF and CLASS

Technical Claims Knowledge

CII / CILA qualifications are Desirable
