HR Advisor - £30,000 - Bournemouth/Poole location

We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work within a unique, engaging and rewarding environment in a Bournemouth/Poole location.

The responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:

overseeing the successful day to day running and delivery of the Human Resources function

- take a lead role in ensuring local compliance with Human Resources and employment related legislation in line with the clients strategy, policies, procedures and processes
- provide first line advice and support to the local team alongside external HR Support teams
- ensure, through effective line management, that the 'People Administrator' is supporting the effective function of the Human Resource department
- ensure all employee records, including data regarding sickness absence are up to date and that policies in regard to staff attendance are being adhered to

Lead and actively manage the local recruitment process including arranging advertising, recruitment interviews and informing applicants the outcomes via the online recruitment system

- be accountable that all local Human Resources process and data are fit for purpose and the Human Resource system is accurate and updated in a timely manner
