Responsibilities:


  • Qualifying applicants and registering on system.
  • Up-dating and managing property and applicant details on our database.
  • Facilitate the promotion and successful running of online auction lots
  • Liaising with solicitors, chasing all legal documents including contracts of sale to ensure legal packs are supplied and available within the required time frame.
  • Dealing with the preparation of legal packs and assisting both buyers and sellers with any queries.
  • Up-loading legal packs to website
  • Preparing particulars for new properties
  • Invoicing
  • Ensuring files are maintained and fully compliant
  • Booking appointments and managing diary for the department
  • Processing exchange of contracts
  • Conducting AML checks
  • Measure-up and photograph properties in preparation for sale by auction
  • Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
  • Keeping up to date with local trends in the residential market
  • Carry out competitor analysis
  • Prospect and promote all business opportunities under the Dawson's umbrella
  • Develop existing and new relationships with potential new clients, such as solicitors, housing associations and any other relevant companies or individuals.
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Full clean driving licence.

Smart appearance, well spoken and articulate.

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
  • Monday to Friday
One in 4 Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
