We have an exciting opportunity in our Morriston Sales branch. If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.- Minimum 1 year's experience in property sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills; professional, enthusiastic, and confident.
- Strong team player with organizational and planning abilities.
- Problem solver with a positive outlook.
- Drive and energy to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Convincing prospective clients that Dawsons is the right choice to handle their sale.
- Maintaining and developing a computerized client and prospect database.
- Managing existing and new clients through planned individual reviews.
- Advising clients on the database of new properties on the market.
- Making appointments and accompanying buyers around properties.
- Identifying buyers ready to proceed with a purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
- Assisting and advising buyers in their purchasing decisions.
- Marketing and promoting properties for sale.
- Measuring and photographing properties, discussing special features with sellers.
- Representing sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Staying uptodate with local trends in the residential market.
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- Full clean driving license.
- Smart appearance, articulate, and wellspoken.
Hours:
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday am to 5.00 pm Friday
- One in 4 Saturdays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
