We have exciting opportunities across our network of Sales branch. If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.- Previous experience in estate agency sales preferable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills; professional, enthusiastic, and confident.
- Strong team player with organizational and planning abilities.
- Problem solver with a positive outlook.
- Drive and energy to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
Roles and responsibilities includes:
- Listing properties for sale
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Convincing prospective clients that Dawsons is the right choice to handle their sale.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the marketing and sales process.
- Managing existing and new clients through planned individual reviews.
- Accompanying buyers around properties.
- Marketing and promoting properties for sale.
- Keeping uptodate with market trends, property legislation, and industry developments.
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- Full clean driving license.
- Smart appearance, articulate, and wellspoken.
Hours:
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday am to 5.00 pm Friday
- One in 4 Saturdays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
