    Job Overview

    Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for guiding young minds? We are seeking a dynamic Year 5 Teacher and Year Group Leader to join our vibrant and creative team starting in September.     • Teach and inspire Year 5 students with innovative and engaging lessons.
    • Lead and support the Year 5 teaching team, ensuring consistent and high-quality education across the year group.
    • Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote creativity and critical thinking.
    • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in primary education.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
    • Strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A creative and forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning.
