Remedy Education are supporting a fantastic Primary School in Southwark who are looking for Primary Teaching Assistants to support their schools, to ensure their students make expected progress.


This Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity would see you working at a Wigan Primary School supporting students across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 classes.

Primary Teaching Assistant - This role will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Support primary school teachers, classes and students
  • Gain invaluable classroom experience
  • Strengthen & develop your teaching knowledge & skills
  • Support across Early Years, KS1 or KS2 phases
  • Run and deliver 1:1 and group intervention sessions
  • Work with students with additional learning difficulties
  • Passion for education, schools and learning
  • Supportive attitude
  • Display a supportive and proactive manner
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
  • Good availability, being able to work under short notice
  • Prior education experience is desirable
