- Provide technical assistance including proactive monitoring, problem-solving, and security operations.
- Support customer projects both remotely and on-site for installations and deployments.
- Execute planned updates and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and contribute to internal system maintenance.
- Collaborate with the first-line support team to address escalated customer issues.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Prior experience in IT Infrastructure Support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, adept at working both independently and in a team.
- Strong work ethic and adaptable to varying work hours in a dynamic business environment.
