Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a small business located in Carlton. Our client is currently looking to recruit a confident, hard-working Customer Service Administrator to support a busy team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a career minded office professional to take ownership of their customer's expectations, whilst contributing to the success of an expanding team of likeminded people.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls from customers looking to enquire about services
  • Book appointments for engineers to visit customers properties
  • Liaise with external organisations to obtain relevant information
  • Process orders on behalf of customers and conduct follow up calls after the sale
  • Use bespoke computer systems to book sales visits

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident telephone manner, happy to communicate at all levels
  • Friendly and energetic personality
  • Hardworking and committed attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
