Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with behavioural needs? The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant Key Stage 2 team in Islington starting in January.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, focusing on behavioural needs to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement strategies to address behavioural challenges
  • Provide oneonone support to students with behavioural needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create effective support plans
  • Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to the teaching team
